Terms of Service

1. General Overview

Proman Tree Service provides professional tree removal, trimming, stump grinding, and storm cleanup services in St. Louis and the surrounding areas. By hiring us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Estimates and Scope of Work

All estimates describe the specific work to be performed. If additional work is requested or discovered during the job, a revised estimate may be required.

Wood, logs, stump chips, and debris are removed only if stated in the estimate. Otherwise, stump chips and wood may be left on-site.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the job.
No deposit is required.

Accepted payment methods: cash, check, or approved electronic payment.

4. Cancellations

We understand that schedules change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, just communicate with us. There is no cancellation fee as long as work has not begun and the crew has not arrived at your property.

5. Weather & Safety Delays

Tree work is weather-dependent and safety-dependent. Work may be postponed due to rain, storms, equipment issues, or unsafe conditions.
We will always communicate rescheduling as quickly as possible.

6. Property Access Requirements

Homeowners must ensure:

• Vehicles are moved from work areas

• Pets are secured

• Gates, fences, and yard access points are unlocked

• The area around the tree is clear of breakables or obstructions

We are not responsible for delays caused by restricted access.

7. Protection of Property

We treat every property with respect, but tree work involves heavy equipment and natural terrain risks.
Proman Tree Service is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage

• Weak or damaged structures (fences, sheds, old decks)

• Underground utilities, sprinklers, septic lines, or invisible fences unless we are notified in advance
  

If there are known risks on your property, please inform us before work begins.

8. Damage Liability

Proman Tree Service is fully insured with $2,000,000 liability coverage.
Accidental damage caused directly by our work will be assessed and handled appropriately.
We are not responsible for damage caused by previously existing conditions or by concealed underground systems not disclosed to us.

9. Clean-Up Expectations

Cleanup includes removing branches, debris, and work-related material according to the estimate.
We rake and clear the work area, but we do not provide landscape restoration unless specified.

10. Equipment & Access Limitations

If our equipment cannot access the work area due to narrow gates, soft ground, slopes, or obstacles, we may revise the estimate or adjust the work plan.
Safety is always the priority.

11. Photos & Documentation

We may take before-and-after photos for documentation, safety, or portfolio purposes. Photos are used respectfully and never in a way that identifies your home or personal information.

12. Customer Satisfaction

If something needs attention after the job is complete, contact us within 48 hours and we will address it promptly. Our goal is to leave your property safe, clean, and in better condition than when we arrived.
